At Artista Pools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Domestic Orders (United States)
We accept returns on all products within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Because many of our products are handcrafted and hand-finished, we encourage customers to contact us with any questions prior to purchase to ensure the item is the right fit for their project.
International Orders (Outside the U.S.)
All international sales are final due to the high cost of international shipping and customs handling.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there was an error in your order caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
Warranty Coverage
All Artista Pools products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
If you experience an issue with your product within one year of purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or repair when applicable.
