At Artista Pools, we take pride in creating unique, high-quality pool products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and warranty policies below.
Domestic Orders (United States)
Standard Products
We accept returns on most products within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Scuppers & Decorative Water Features
Due to the custom, handcrafted, and hand-finished nature of our scuppers and decorative water features, returns are not accepted on these products.
However, if you receive a scupper and would like a different finish, style, or model, we may offer an exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The product must be unused and uninstalled
- The product must be returned in original condition
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly
Because these products are often custom-made and hand-finished, we strongly encourage customers to contact us before ordering with any questions regarding size, finish, installation, or appearance.
Handcrafted Product Notice
Each Artista Pools scupper and decorative water feature is individually produced and hand-finished. Slight variations in color, texture, finish, and appearance are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and should be expected. However, if you believe your product has a workmanship issue or does not meet reasonable quality expectations, please contact us and we will be happy to review the issue and assist with an exchange if appropriate.
International Orders (Outside the U.S.)
All international sales are final due to the high cost of international shipping and customs handling.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there was an error in your order caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
Warranty Coverage
All Artista Pools products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
If you experience an issue with your product within one year of purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or repair, when applicable.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and weathering.
